LWT has an active ongoing Safety Program, covering all requirements for contractor safety. Included for all field employees and foreman are certifications in the following areas:

| Fire Protection
| Respirator Protection
| Lock Out/Tag Out
| Welding and Cutting

(Training is provided by Greenville Technical Collage, Greenville SC, and / or our in house instructor)
Along with the above class room instruction, the Safety Director performs on the job safety Audits with each Foreman receiving a numerical grade for that audit.
LWT also has a written substance abuse policy with all employees tested at least annually and / or randomly as deemed appropriate.
