LWT, Incorporated is a Mechanical Contracting organization specializing in boilers and boiler room equipment, rental, sales, service, and repair. LWT has been serving the Southeast since its formation in May of 1973. The Office/Warehouse is centrally located within minutes of the GSP International Airport at 3307 Brushy Creek Road in Greer, South Carolina between Greenville and Spartanburg. David B. Owens is the independent owner and President.
Being a small business concern, LWT is able to provide its employees with one-on-one training in the following areas: Confined Space, Lock-Out/Tag-Out, Personal Protective Equipment, Substance Abuse, First Aid, Hot Work, Fire Protection, Respiratory Protection, Forklift Safety, Blood borne Pathogens and Hazard Communications. This training is monitored on a per job basis and updated annually through in-house classes and testing. LWT maintains a smoke free office and is dedicated to a drug free work environment with each employee subject to annual and random drug testing.
LWT
holds the National Board ‘R’ stamp, the ASME ‘A’ and ‘PP’ stamps
which authorize code certified repair, re-tubing, refractory work, casing repair,
certified welding, rebuilding and installation on all boilers and pressure
vessels.
LWT

years of service and joining the company at the “ground level”.
Each field crew consists of employees who are specifically trained for
the task assigned, as well as, cross-trained to assist in various duties as may
be required. LWT uses only a
limited number of select sub-contractors to insure quality in job performance
and customer satisfaction.
